Frequently Asked Questions

How does receipt scanning work?

When you scan a receipt, the image is sent to our secure server where AI analyzes it to extract the vendor name, total amount, currency, and category. The extracted data is returned to your device and stored locally.

Are my receipts stored on your servers?

No. Receipt images are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers. The images and extracted data are stored only on your device and in your personal iCloud account.

How do I restore my Pro subscription?

Go to Settings and your subscription status will automatically sync. If needed, tap "Restore Purchases" on the upgrade screen.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
