Description of Service
Receipt Scanner Pro is a mobile application that allows you to scan paper receipts and extract information from them using AI technology. The app stores your receipts locally and optionally syncs them via iCloud.
Account and Usage
You do not need to create an account to use the app.
Free users receive 50 scans per month and can create up to 3 folders.
Pro subscribers receive 500 scans per month and unlimited folders.
Usage limits reset on the first day of each calendar month.
Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, but you may contact Apple for refund requests.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose of scanning and organizing receipts. You agree not to:
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
Use the service to process illegal content
Interfere with the operation of the service
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app
AI-Powered Features
The app uses AI to analyze receipt images. While we strive for accuracy:
AI extraction may contain errors. Always verify important information.
The app is not a substitute for professional accounting or financial advice.
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of extracted data.
Your Data
You retain ownership of your receipt images and data.
You grant us a limited license to process your receipt images for the purpose of providing the service.
We do not claim ownership of your content.

Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
We are not responsible for data loss. We recommend maintaining your own backups.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
Termination
